Usage Instructions for Flormar Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil:
To line your eyelids and waterline, gently glide the pencil across the desired area. Prep your eyes with moisturizer and concealer before starting.
For beginners, keep your upper eyelid flat and draw with small strokes along the lash line, you can gradually build the thickness.
Always start from the inner corner of the eye and move towards the outer edge.
For a winged liner look, draw a diagonal line from the wing tip to the middle of the upper lash line, then fill in the gaps.
For a smoky look, glide the pencil across the upper lash line and blend the color across the entire eyelid with a blending brush.
For brows, draw a defined line above and below the eyebrows, focusing on defining the tail end of the brow. Fill in gaps with light, upward strokes; always hold the pencil sideways and avoid using its pointed tip to fill in your brows.
