Orders are to be delivered in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the duration stated below from accepting the order or other duration indicated when accepting the order, excluding public holidays and weekends:
Items displayed as Express in Riyadh and Jeddah will be delivered in 4-5 hours from the time of order confirmation.

• Express or Next Day or Prescription Items:

A delivery fee of SAR 15 applies to orders below SAR 99.

Free delivery is offered for orders above SAR 100.

• Standard Items:

A delivery fee of SAR 25 applies to orders below SAR 399.

Free delivery is offered for orders above SAR 400.

• Mixture of Items:

In case your order includes a mixture of express/next day items and standard items, the standard item delivery rules will apply to the entire order.

When an order is accepted by us, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase after paying the full amount. It also depends on the item availability and the mentioned location for delivery.

Delivery occurs when the ordered Products are delivered to the delivery address, which is specified while placing the order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you.

Ownership of Products purchased passes to you when payment is received by us in full and the product is delivered to you or to any adults that are present at the delivery address which you herein agree that he will be authorized by you to take delivery of the Products that you have ordered (“Authorized Person”).

We will attempt to deliver your products on the specified date and address. The courier will contact you on the day of delivery, via the details provided by you at the time of placing an order, to ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you or the Authorized Person are not at the delivery address or the courier is unable to deliver for any reason, the Products will not be left at the delivery address, unless informed to us or will contact you on the same details to arrange an alternative delivery date.

In case that incorrect contact details have been provided, redelivery will be charged as per package weight and destination. Should an incorrect product be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service. If order is not dispatched, Customers may be eligible for refund, excluding the shipping fees.

Delivery dates are indicative only, we shall not be responsible nor liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen reasons, including but not limited to, product unavailability, transport delays, natural calamities, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control.

During peak sale periods, such as holiday seasons, Ramadan, Eid, and other significant events, you might expect possible delays in deliveries. The high volume of orders during these periods may impact our regular delivery timelines. We strive to minimize any inconveniences and will make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times.

We aim to ship all Products in your order together, but this may not always be possible due to Product characteristics or availability. In case your order includes a mixture of express/next day items and standard items, the standard item delivery rules will apply to the entire order.

Products are subject to availability. If a product runs out of stock after we receive your order, we will contact you via the details provided by you at the time of placing an order to inform you. We reserve the right to process, hold or cancel any order depending on stock availability.

Delivery charges is valid for one order delivered to one address only and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that the order value mentioned for free shipping is excluding VAT.

Any deliveries to be made in a stipulated period of time or date may attract additional charges determined by us and the same will be specified on the order value before accepting the order.

As a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we may occasionally offer free delivery as a limited time promotion. The availability of this promotion and its applicability to specific orders will be determined by us. Please keep an eye out for any ongoing promotions and special offers.

All deliveries will be shipped with an invoice setting out the price and you may be asked to sign for acceptance of the Products which will confirm that the Products are correct and have been received in good condition.

All Orders are tokenized while accepting the order and we may hold or cancel any order in case we identify the payments are not fully captured for the amount invoiced. In some cases, we may contact the customer in case of payment failure and recapture the same amount needed for delivery of the order. We reserve the right to capture the same amount from an alternate registered credit/debit card to complete the transaction.

These Terms and charges are subject to change anytime solely by us without prior notice, and you shall be responsible and fully liable to regularly check our website for any amendments to these Terms and such charges.
